Thank you to our Society members for your continued interest in IMHGS and your desire to stay involved! Our Board of Directors have been working to update our Articles of Incorporation (previously known as Constitution and ByLaws) to be in line with state regulations and to fit the needs of our current organization. A copy of the revised Articles of Incorporation was recently mailed to current Society members. The revised Articles of Incorporation will be brought forward for approval at the upcoming Fall Meeting. We are posting a copy of the existing constitution below for your review. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We encourage members to attend our Fall Meeting on October 6th!
